This package offers a thoughtful balance of preparation, continuous labor support, and postpartum reflection—so you can approach birth feeling informed, cared for, and confident in the support surrounding you.
This package includes:
On-call availability from 36–42 weeks with ongoing guidance throughout pregnancy via phone, text, email, and your secure client portal
Early labor guidance via phone, text, or video with continuous labor and birth support throughout our journey together
One in-home or virtual Meet & Greet lasting approximately (30 minutes)
One in-home or virtual Birth Planning Session (60–90 minutes)
One in-home Comfort Measures Session lasting approximately (60-90 minutes)
One virtual or in-person Birth & Postpartum Reflection Session lasting approximately (60–90 minutes)
Continuous in-person labor and birth support from the time your doula joins you at your birth location until your baby is born
Exclusive access to The Corner, the Doula’s private client resource library containing guides, checklists, handouts, videos, and educational resources related to pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, infant feeding, newborn care, and the transition into parenthood (currently in progress)
Immediate postpartum support for up to two hours following birth
