Designed for families who would like an added layer of availability, flexibility, and hands-on support leading up to and during the early stages of labor. This enhanced add-on offers more personalized access and additional in-person support, providing extra reassurance as your birth unfolds.
This add-on includes:
Priority on-call availability beginning at 32 weeks of pregnancy.
A more protected due date window to help prioritize my availability around your estimated due date.
Up to 2 hours of in-home early labor support before transitioning to your planned birth location, including comfort measures, positioning, emotional reassurance, and partner guidance.
Continued guidance and reassurance by phone, text, or video as needed throughout early labor.
A 90-minute in-person partner role-playing session to help partners feel more confident supporting the birthing person during labor. Together, we'll walk through common labor scenarios and practice comfort measures, supportive touch, positioning, verbal reassurance, and ways to respond to changing needs throughout labor. This session offers a low-pressure space to practice providing physical and emotional support, communicate preferences, and explore how to remain present and responsive as labor unfolds.
